A driver doing doughnuts at an intersection on Jefferson Davis Highway in Woodbridge, Virginia crashed into a cop car and then was arrested.
A motorist caught the incident on video, which reportedly happened Wednesday night. A silver Volvo can be seen performing the stunt in the middle of the intersection, apparently holding traffic to a standstill.
Two patrol vehicles are seen entering the intersection, and on the Volvo's next pass, it crashes right into the side of one of the cop cars.
Another video clip shows officers placing the suspect into custody with the damaged police car still in the roadway.
No further details are known at this time.
