Posting a TikTok video, Madi Marotta writes, "I tried to take a cute pic on South Beach and this lady's arm makes me look like my peen is hanging out. Enjoy."
Sure enough, the photo she describes does make it look like something is there.
The video went viral, being viewed over 4 million times on the platform.
