A 47-year-old dad got an unexpected surprise in his McDonald's Chicken Select Meal after picking up his order and pulling away from the drive-thru.
Richard Greene made the discovery after he opened the box and found an interesting shaped piece of chicken.
He found it so hilarious that he snapped a photo of the piece of chicken and a selfie of his reaction and shared them to social media, where they quickly went viral.
Richard says he peeled off some of the breading to make sure it was actually chicken, confirmed it was, then ate the entire thing.
He recounted the experience:
I was with my daughter and we fancied a McDonald’s so we went through the drive-thru. When I got home and opened the box I was confronted with what looked like Mr. McDonald. I don’t really know what to say because it really does look like a particular something. I haven’t seen Ronald in a while so I hope he’s doing okay. It still tasted alright. I did peel off the crumbs before I ate it though just to check it was chicken inside.
