This is a huge win for animals and animal rights around the world!
196 dogs, many different types including Golden Retrievers, Mastiffs, Pomeranians and Terriers, have been rescued from a meat farm in South Korea. There are still too many of these farms operating but this is a huge win for Humane Society International.
Now, these dogs are going to need forever homes. Many of them will be up for adoption at 3 different shelters here in the DMV. If you're looking to add to your family, or you'd like to help these buddies and the shelters out, you can do it through:
