Maryland native, extreme sports star and stuntman Travis Pastrana turned heads in Annapolis this morning after he successfully jumped Ego Alley in his Subaru WRX rally car.
Hundreds of people gathered to watch him in downtown Annapolis as Pastrana cleared the gap three times as a bright yellow speedboat cruised directly underneath him as he got air.
The jumps were filmed as part of an extreme sports video for Hoonigan Industries which shut down parts of the city on Thursday.
The city of Annapolis says no tax dollars were spent as part of the filming of the stunts and that the company responsible for filming and organizing the stunt is reimbursing the city for public safety costs.
