The National Weather Service has issued a Tropical Storm Warning and Flash Flood Warning for the Washington, DC and Baltimore regions through Tuesday evening.
At the time of this writing, Isaias is set to pass through the state of Georgia and is forecasted to be a tropical storm when in passes through our region late Monday night into Tuesday.
Wind gusts of 30mph to 70mph are expected in our region, with the higher wind speeds towards Maryland's Eastern Shore.
The heaviest period of rain in the DMV is expected to be around 9:00am on Tuesday. Baltimore could see around 3-4 inches of rain, with upwards of 7 inches of rain possible on the Eastern Shore.
