For all of the people taking to the streets in protest in hopes of enacting positive change in the country, there are going to be a few people looking for personal gain in the situation.
A woman in Santa Monica, California is getting blasted after a video clip was uploaded showing her taking advantage of protests and riots to make herself look good on social media.
The woman can be seen posing for a photograph after borrowing a worker's drill and not actually doing anything with the drill. She even takes off her mask to thank the worker which seems to ignore the still-current recommendations around limiting the spread of COVID-19. And also you can tell she really doesn't care about the dude from the tone of her voice and body language. Then she hops into a Mercedes SUV as someone shouts sarcastically, "Good job guys!"
