Police in Louisa, Virginia had an ordinary request over the weekend for the public's help in finding two suspects accused of theft. But the photos of the two suspects were anything but ordinary.
The two suspects, believed to be involved in a larceny incident at a Sheetz convenience store on May 6, wore hollowed-out watermelons with holes cut in them for eyes as masks/helmets.
One arrest had been made in connection with the alleged crime, according to an article on The Daily Progress.
Apparently, many others saw the duo around town wearing the watermelons and posted in the comments photos they had taken of them.
