MD Police Issue 'Final Warning' for Residents to Wear Pants to Check Mail

Even though the pandemic has meant that many people are working from home and aren't dressing up anymore, that doesn't mean all sense of decency needs to go out the window. And that means you need to wear pants to go out and check your mailbox, at least in one town in Maryland.

The Taneytown Police Department has just had about enough of people calling in complaints that residents are baring too much skin. So they posted a message to their Facebook page that reads, "Please remember to put pants on before leaving the house to check your mailbox. You know who you are. This is your final warning."

I'm not sure whether or not the post is a light-hearted joke or a real warning. But knowing Taneytown, I will lean towards the latter.
