Man Builds Contraption to Keep People at Least 3 Feet Away in Public

As the entire country of Italy is on lockdown due to the outbreak of COVID-19, the government is doing everything to keep people away from each other. According to guidelines, people should keep a space of at least 1 meter between each other.

One man decided he was taking no chances so he built a giant disk to wear around his waist to that people have to keep that one meter distance from him.

The man brought attention on himself as he went to to Testaccio Market in Rome. Apparently, he was having trouble passing between two counters due to his expanded size. The contraption appears to be self-built with two shoulder straps and a reaching tool since he probably can't grab stuff on his own.
