It's The Holiday Season, And Blink-182 Are Gifting Us With Two New Songs

Christmas is coming early for blink-182 fans. On Thursday (December 5), the band revealed via Instagram that it's releasing a new holiday track, aptly titled "Not Another Christmas Song," tomorrow (December 6) and teased it with what we can only assume is a screenshot from the video, starring claymation versions of Mark, Matt, and Travis, soundtracked by a song snippet.

Last month, Travis hinted that they wrote the festive new tune. When asked what he was listening to lately during a recent interview, the drummer responded: “Lil Wayne, and this Christmas song that I just made with my band blink-182."

"Not Another Christmas Song" is blink's first holiday track in a decade (and first with Matt Skiba). It follows 1997's "I Won't Be Home For Christmas," the grinch-iest holiday song ever, and "Happy Holidays, You B**tard" off 2001's Take Off Your Pants And Jacket.

Check out their teaser below.

In addition to the yuletide jingle, blink's also releasing their collaboration with The Chainsmokers, "PS. I Hope You're Happy," tomorrow. They originally teased the track nearly a year ago and gave it a live debut last week.

Blink revealed the single's release date earlier this week on Instagram, and The Chainsmokers responded with a heartfelt comment. "Guys this is such a dream come true for us. Literally you have been our favorite band since we were teens and to have a song together with one of our biggest inspirations is just surreal!" they wrote. "We will never ever ever forget playing it on stage live together and we just love you guys so much! Is this even real life! 🙏🏻"
