Man Hospitalized After TWO WEEK Erection, Doctors Trying to Save Penis

A British man has been hospitalized after claiming a two week long erection has put him in agonizing pain. Now, doctors say they are facing a "race against time" to save the man's penis.

Danny Polaris, a Jazz singer who currently lives in Berlin, says he took a Viagra before heading out to a party. At the party, he met a nurse who he went home with. There, the nurse injected an "erection enhancer" into his penis.

The next day, Danny still had an erection but didn't think much of it. A few days later holding the same erection, Polaris decided he needed to go to the hospital.

There, he was diagnosed with priapism, a condition where a man has a prolonged erection that becomes extremely painful.

Doctors attempted to draw blood from Danny's penis using needles but failed. They also attempted to reroute blood from a vein via surgery but that did not work either.

Danny still has the erection and says he is "often crying with extreme stress and anxiety... Some days I wake up and I just cry about how stupid I was, about what I've lost, and what's going to happen to me."

Danny's friends set up a GoFundMe to help pay for counselling, alternative therapies and possible reconstructive surgery.
