It's yet to be fully built, but the owners of 1331 Maryland, a top-tier luxury apartment complex in Southwest Washington, DC, say they offer the best living experience possible in the District.
Some of the amenities the apartments boast are private elevators, 2,500 to 3,500 sq ft living spaces, top-of-the-line appliances, library, and a rooftop with an infinity pool, running track, and "the best views" of DC.
Renters also get groceries delivered to their apartment and put in the fridge for them, dry cleaning services that deliver them to your closet, and "the most Instagrammable bathtub in the District."
Oh, there's just one thing. Parking isn't included. Seems like that should have been a layup if you're dishing out tens of thousands a month. But then again if you have this kind of dough what's an extra couple of hundred a month?
