Couple Dragged for Sending "Tacky" Wedding Invites Full of Swear Words

Wedding invitations are usually pretty classy with an elegant script to read and a clean design. Often times they're on of the few places you'll read words like "cordial," "request the honor" and times and dates spelled out instead of numbers.

Well, in this couple's case they chose to go the opposite route and essentially insult their invitees to come to their wedding.

On a Facebook group called "That's It, I'm Wedding Shaming," a user posted a photo of an invitation they received and it is quite the thing to behold.

It begins with a large title that reads, "HEY F*CK FACE" and somehow only gets worse from there. Counting both sides, there are a total of 18 swear words, 15 of those being the F-word.

The invitation tells you when to "f*ck off," "wear whatever the f*ck you like," "Google it you lazy f*ck" for a nearby hotel and to "eat what the f*ck you're given you fat f*cker."

Nice.

Needless to say, this couple is getting dragged on social media for the invitation.

  • "We get it. You know bad words geeze."
  • "That's an invitation that would go straight to the trash, where it belongs."
  • "So tacky. Funny how they manage to cut out the swearing for the part asking for gifts 🙄"
  • "If you're going to do it, at least be inventive. Continuous use of the word 'f*ck' isn't clever or witty, it's just tedious and makes me slightly embarrassed for them at their lack of imagination. It's boring 🤷‍♀️😴"
