ATF Raid Dude's House Near Beverly Hills, Uncover Over 1,000 Firearms

An anonymous tip to police near the Beverly Hills, California lead to an incredible discovery.

The tipster said that he or she believed someone was manufacturing and selling firearms from their home in Holmby Hills, an affluent neighborhood home to the Playboy Mansion.

When police and the ATF raided the house, they uncovered over 1,000 firearms, ranging from Civil War-era guns to more modern assault weapons.

56-year-old Girard Saenz was arrested as a result of the discovery and charged with possessing, selling and manufacturing assault weapons, say the LAPD.

Thousands of rounds of ammunition were also found on the property. Helicopter footage of the scene show hundreds of guns in piles on the driveway of the home.

A spokeswoman for the ATF released a statement, saying authorities have no reason to believe Saenz had any intentions of causing harm to anyone.
