Police are seeking a woman who allegedly masturbated on a London Underground train for over 10 minutes.
According to a passenger on the train, 37-year old Sarah Hinkson draped herself across a few seats on the Hammersmith and City line in London and feverishly rubbed her genitals with her hand and moaned loudly.
One passenger by the name of Anthony Burton says, "I was suddenly aware of a banging noise and I thought it was something mechanical but I noticed to my right there was a lady who was laying out across three or four seats." He says the banging noise was caused by Hinkson stomping her foot against the seat or glass.
Burton says he alerted police after making the observation because "there were a couple of children running about through the carriage and they came close to her vicinity."
Police arrested Hinkson at a train stop shortly after. When questioned by officers, Hinkson allegedly told them "I was scratching a rash on my inner thigh. It comes and goes." Burton says, "It was around her crotch, it was blatantly obvious which part of her body it was. I was quite taken aback."
Hinkson was summoned to court on a charge of outraging public decency. She did not appear at the court and a warrant was issued for her arrest.
