The Capitol Beltway in Virginia is closed in both directions after a tractor trailer overturned and caught on fire on the Outer Loop near Springfield.
The accident occurred on the Beltway near Van Dorn Street and Telegraph Road at about 2PM on Thursday.
Authorities are asking drivers to seek alternate routes while emergency responders attend to the scene.
