A Tennessee man was arrested and charged with a felony after a Facebook video shows him dipping his testicles into a container of salsa before it is delivered to a customer. In the video, the driver of the vehicle can be heard saying, "This is what you get when you give an $0.89 tip for an almost 30-minute drive."
Howard Matthew Webb, the 31-year old man in the video was arrested and charged with adulteration of food. He will remain behind bars until a court hearing on March 12th.
The delivery company, Dinner Delivered says they have fired the driver and provided her information to police as a result of the incident. The company says they provided the customer with a refund.
April Hannah, who uploaded the video to Facebook, writes in the caption, "This is what an employee for Dinner Delivered and her name is Chaneese Booker I have called and reported it to her employer and they are doing nothing about this and the man who does this nasty act is Matt Webb!!! Please make this go viral so nobody else gets sick from this nasty place!!!!"
