A dude gets ticked off in a GameStop and destroys the place because they won't give him a refund for Fallout 76.
You can hear part of the conversation at the beginning of the video clip, where the customer is saying he wants a full refund for the game and not store credit. The GameStop employee tells the customer, "There's nothing I can do about it. That's just the policy."
Dude then declares he's pissed off and proceeds to destroy three product displays and a few cardboard cutout displays as he exits the premises. The best part is the phone starts ringing as the guy is going off and the GameStop dude calmly answers it.
GameStop's return policy states, "We do not accept returns of: Any product(s) that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap)" which is probably the predicament that this guy is in.
