Record Stores To Visit In DC For Record Store Day

The below stores are listed on the Record Store Day website as stores that are participating on Saturday. However, their disclaimer says not to rule out all stores without asking them directly.

DISCLAIMER: There are a lot of independent stores that participate in Record Store Day. Not all of them will choose to participate in all promotions, or carry all releases. Just because a store is listed here does NOT mean it will have the goodie or record you're looking for. That said, find a store near you and check with them directly. It's always a good idea to be BFFs with your neighborhood record store.

Even though every day is record store day where I come from, this Saturday is Record Store Day, and we’ll have a solid chunk of the exclusive/limited edition titles AND we’ll be pricing up some real nice used stock for the day. Let us hope that the weather is lovely and everybody has a good time!

Some people use the sighting of 🌷 to mark the arrival of Spring but the weather can make that tricky. We prefer to count the number of RSD signs that pop up as stores get ready to throw their biggest party of the year. @ziarecords and @seasickrecords are blooming! #RSD18 is April 21. Happy Spring!
