When Nirvana Sabotaged Their Top Of The Pops Performance

Thanks to Far Out for sharing this gem!

When Nirvana played on Top Of The Pops in 1991, the BBC's rules said that they had to play to tracks and the only thing that could be live were Kurt Cobain's vocals. Bad move. Kurt sang "Smells Like Teen Spirit" with his best Morrissey impression and they made a mockery of the whole thing.
