Linkin Park frontman Chester Bennington has died of an apparent suicide, according to a report by TMZ.
Bennington hung himself at a residence just outside of Los Angeles Thursday morning around 9 AM. He has 6 children from two marriages.
Chester was a member of Linkin Park since their inception in 1996. He also briefly fronted Stone Temple Pilots from 2013 - 2015 after Scott Weiland was kicked out of the band.
Chester was 41 years old.
