October is going to be a good month, with Jack White and Weezer both announcing that they have books coming out!
Jack is giving us Jack White Collected Lyrics and Selected Writing Volume 1, with not just his song lyrics as a solo artist but also The Raconteurs, The Dead Weather and some other projects. To go along with the lyrics, we'll get some poems and art and photos too. This sounds like a must get for any Jack White fan!
And on the Weezer side of things, My Friend, Weezer is a photo collection from photographer Sean Murphy. He's been with the band for many years and we'll get so many of his shots and stories, plus Weezer's friend Karl Koch will add his tales and Brian Bell's sister Leia will have illustrations throughout the book.
Jack's new book is coming out on October 21st and the Weezer book arrives one week before on October 14th.
