What Is Best Time During The Day To Drink Coffee?

Coffee. It's the best when it flows through your veins and you feel the caffeine. There's nothing better in life and that's a fact.

I saw this article from The Daily Mirror that says, according to the research from the folks at Happy Beds, that with the average morning wake-up time being 7:33am, you should wait one hour to have the first cup of coffee. 8:33am is the perfect time for coffee, to get the caffeine hitting just when it needs to be and having the maximum effect.

Of course this varies with your wake-up time, sleep habits, etc. etc. But really, the bottom line is one hour after you wake up, have your coffee and feel it happen! Or you can just chug it all day like I do for the constant jitters. Whatever works!

You can see all of the report and what Rex Isap from Happy Beds said in the article with The Daily Mirror by clicking here.
