Of all of the things in a hotel room that you should worry about, you'd figure that an iron would be low on the list. Not true according to travel expert Gilbert Ott, the founder of the travel website GodSaveThePoints.com: you need to check it for pizza!
Gilbert wrote an article for The Daily Mail with travel hacks and tips and, along with duct tape to cover annoying lights and clips to close curtains, he also said to be careful with irons because people will use them to heat up pizza! Apparently pilots are really bad about this and you need to especially check the irons at hotels near airports.
