A former WWE star is under investigation for her involvement in a deadly car accident that left one man dead.

According to WFTV9, police were called to an intersection in Ormond Beach, Florida around 8:30 p.m. on March 25 regarding a car accident involving three vehicles.

Police say two of the cars involved in the crash were stopped at a red light when the third car, driven by 49-year-old Tamara Lynn Sytch, known as Sunny in the WWE, failed to stop and collided directly in the back of one of the stopped cars. That car was then forced to hit the third car.

The driver of the Kia Sorrento she hit, 75-year-old Julian Lasseter, died at the hospital. Four people in the third vehicle were treated for minor injuries on the scene and were not taken to a hospital. Sytch was taken to a nearby hospital to be treated.

According to a crash report, at least two witnesses say they saw Sytch's car traveling at a high rate of speed before colliding with the vehicle Lasseter was in.

Police say they may seek criminal charges against Sytch pending the outcome of a toxicology report. Sytch has previously been charged with DUI on six occasions. She was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2011.
