A Pilot Shares Tips To Help With Flying Anxiety

Flying causes high anxiety in many travelers, so who better to get some help from than a pilot! Jerry Johnson, a pilot based out of LA, has a few things that he shared to help make flying easier.

First, book a morning flight. The heat from the ground can cause bumpier air travel, and it's much less with an early flight. Also sit as close to the front as possible to keep cooler, because the air flows from the front to the back in the cabin. And if turbulence is the issue, go for a seat in the middle of the plane. You'll feel it less in the center versus the front or the back especially.
