Surveillance cameras can be good things. But they can also reveal things that you don't really want to see.
A CCTV system at what appears to be an apartment building or business in a city caught a strange creature of the night in the early AM hours. And by creature of the night I mean a naked person running around on all fours.
I'm just going to go ahead and say "drugs are bad, m'kay?" even though there's a slight chance this person is just part of some weird fetish.
Either way there are some things best left unseen in the middle of the night.
