An unpaid contractor decided to use extreme measures to show his frustration after a $5.8M bill for an apartment building was left unpaid.
Video footage shows a man in an excavator shredding balconies and sides of the building of a newly completed luxury apartment building in Blumburg, Germany.
Police blocked off the area after the rampage, citing a possible gas tank explosion.
Thankfully, no one was in the building at the time and no injuries were reported. The destruction stopped only after the excavator's hydraulic hose broke.
About $590,000 of damages were said to have occurred.
