Distracted driving is nothing new. But this has to take it to the next level.
A large downed tree happens to be completely blocking a two-way road after a storm in Connecticut. Any rational driver heading down that road would slow down, find a place to turn around and find an alternate route.
But one driver completely ignores all logic, driving straight into the tree. Did he even tap the brakes? Maybe, maybe not.
