It seems one woman understands the struggle so she decides to show off to a bunch of inmates being held in a high rise prison. She drives to the top of a parking garage that is in full view of one side of the building and starts to twerk.
It seems a bunch of the inmates enjoyed the show by the number of lights flashing on and off in the building.
