Telemedicine CEO Fired after Harrassing Boy in Prom Dress

The CEO of a Nashville telemedicine company is out of a job after he was caught on video making fun of a boy who wore a dress to his prom.

The Visuwell board of directors has given Sam Johnson the boot after the clip turned up on social media. It shows Johnson following around a teen in a red dress, harassing him.

A statement released by Visuwell reads, “We unequivocally condemn the behavior exhibited by Sam Johnson in a recent video widely circulated on social media. After investigating the matter and speaking to individuals involved, the Visuwell board of directors has chosen to terminate Mr. Johnson from his position as CEO, effective immediately."

If no one knew what company Johnson worked for, would it be fair to fire him for his off-work behavior?
