This poor woman on her moped gets hit by a dude failing to yield where he was supposed to.
The result is the woman on the moped flying off the bike and sliding DIRECTLY into storm drain!! How this happened is just insane!
While others come to the moped rider's aid, the driver of the re slyly sneaks away and drives off! How did no one see this?
Now cops are looking for him.
