Robert Garrison, the actor best known for playing Tommy in "The Karate Kid" and its sequel -- has died ... according to his family.
He died at a hospital in West Virginia, his sister-in-law told TMZ, noting he had been there for more than a month and his organs shut down.
Garrison was set to reprise his role as Tommy in the YouTube series, “Cobra Kai," also starring Ralph Macchio and William Zabka, who were both in the original films.
