Taylor Hawkins found success outside of Foo Fighters with Taylor Hawkins and the Coattail Riders and now he's trying something different.

He's announced a new side band, The Birds of Satan! Taylor will be on the drums and piano and vocals being accompanied by Wiley Hodgden and Mick Murphy. Their self titled album will be out on April 15th (so when you're sweating bullets trying to get your taxes finished you will have new music to listen to).

The track listing is as follows:

"The Ballad of The Birds of Satan"

"Thanks for The Line"

"Pieces of the Puzzle"

"Nothing At All"

"Wait Til Tomorrow"

"Too Far Gone To See"

Oh, by the way, Taylor had some of his pals help out on the songs, like Dave Grohl and Pat Smear. Come on, you didn't think Taylor would do something without his BFF Dave, did you?

Hey, let's watch a trailer for the album too!
