I LOVE tequila! In fact, it might even be my favorite alcohol drink. There's nothing better than a Margarita on the rocks with some salt on the rim.  So needless to say, I'm really excited about this new study!


New study has shown that tequila might help you lose weight!  Here's some science stuff...


Researchers found that the plant sugars that are fermented to give tequila its kick raise levels of a hormone in your gut that tells the brain it’s time to stop eating. The hormone also keeps food the stomach for longer, which prolongs the feeling of fullness. And on top of all this, sugars in tequila known as agavins aren't processed by the body, meaning they can’t make us fat.
