Young the Giant played a show in Kansas City on Wednesday night.
Since it was not far away from their base in Topeka, Kansas, the Westboro Baptist Church decided to protest the band's concert. The Westboro Baptist Church is the anti-gay group that has gotten a lot of attention for their protests of American soldiers' funerals.
So, a couple of members of the band decided to pose for a picture in front of the protest.
The band also decided to donate proceeds from the sale of their merchandise at the show to The Ally Coalition, which is a group that supports the LGBTQ community.
