A judge tossed out Insane Clown Posse's lawsuit against the FBI, according to the AP.
U.S. District Judge Robert Cleland dismissed a lawsuit brought by the ACLU on behalf of the band and their fans (known as Juggalos).
The lawsuit came after a 2011 FBI Report that tagged Juggalos as a gang. Judge Cleland's report claimed the report, "does not recommend any particular course of action for local law enforcement to follow, and instead operates as a descriptive, rather than prescriptive, assessment of nationwide gang trends."
Juggalos have said that they've been targeted by police because they have jewelry or tattoos with the group's symbol, a man running with a hatchet.
The ACLU and Insane Clown Posse will appeal. Band member Violent J said in a statement, "This is not the end. We'll keep fighting to clear the Juggalo family name."
