The Foo Fighters haven't played Richmond, Virginia since 1998.

Andrew Goldin wanted to change that.  So, he started a crowdfunding project to get Dave Grohl and company to come to the capital of Virginia.  Through Crowdhoster, Goldin set a goal of selling 1,400 at $50 each.  Ticket buyers' credit cards would be charged if the goal was met and refunded if the band declined the show.

But, the Foo Fighters agreed.  The band tweeted out a message to the group on Friday night.  The date and venue have not been determined.
