Look-hazy, gold, with a full head of foam. Cloudy.

Smell-crisp, clean hoppy aroma. Very pleasing

Taste-crisp again on the lips. Very well balanced with the hop not as pronounced as in the nose.

Mouth-light to medium bodied. Did I mention how crisp it is? Slight hop but secondary to the overall clean taste. Dry finish.

Overall-a real nice pale ale. I loved the hop in the nose. I caught a whiff every sip but it never overpowered. Easily stood up to the spice of the pizza I paired it with.

About MO:

Our first run at an American Pale Ale. Flavors and aromas of zesty citrus, passionfruit, and pine present themselves throughout. A very subtle malt sweetness for balance, but this is intended to finish dry.
